Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model with a simple, monthly membership fee. This includes the benefits of Concierge Care membership as well as your provider services at EnVogue Med & Wellness. (Additional modest fees for testing/labs/medicines apply).
Insurance is not billed under DPC. Medicare beneficiaries not eligible. Direct Primary Care is NOT an insurance product. We advise our patients to still have health insurance for non-primary care healthcare needs.
